As a 20 year veteran in information governance, litigation support, and electronic discovery, Errol has participated in the evolution of this line of business over the years. Not only is he conversant in data analytics, and various eDiscovery platforms, he is able to examine their application with his knowledge of cross border data privacy issues. He has managed digital forensics, and the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) process, and has implemented best practices consisting of all its phases. Errol has consulted with AMLAW 200 law firms, Fortune 500 corporations, the federal government, and tech startups, on large scale government investigations, including corporate corruption, corporate fraud, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) cases, and backdating cases.
