Senior Vice President, North America Financial Lines, Chubb
Bobbie Goldie is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Lines Division for Chubb. She has been charged with spearheading new and innovative initiatives for Chubb’s distribution partners that enhance the overall growth and profitability of Chubb’s cyber solutions. During the last two years, Bobbie has led two major advancements, the Chubb Cyber IndexSM and the Cyber COPE Insurance CertificationSM (CCIC) with Carnegie Mellon University.
As a testament to those impressive achievements, Bobbie received the prestigious Hot 100 recognition from Insurance Business America (IBA) for 2019; Advisen 2019 Cyber Person of the Year in the US; Advisen 2019 cyber innovation of the year with the Chubb Cyber IndexSM; and was recently named to the 2019 Insurance Business America (IBA) Elite Women. Additionally, in 2019 she chaired the Insurance Business America (IBA) Women in Insurance Leadership Conference in Miami, will chair its upcoming Chicago conference, and is an Advisory Board member for Advisen’s 2019 Cyber Risk Insights Conference in New York.
Ms. Goldie joined Chubb in 2010 as Vice President of Professional Risk leading the Professional Liability central region of the US. Since joining the organization, she has held several senior leadership roles in property, casualty, and financial lines throughout the US and Canada, with increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Chubb, she served as Vice President, Executive Risk at Hays Companies.
Ms. Goldie has more than twenty five years of experience in the insurance industry with particular expertise in cyber liability and financial lines. Her career spans market-facing and leadership roles on the broking and underwriting side. She is a frequent speaker and author within the insurance industry, as well as a guest lecturer for Carnegie Mellon’s CISO executive education program.
